1. Introduction

Where ph47 determines that a player has provided false eligibility information — including but not limited to misrepresentation of age — ph47 may void all wagers placed, forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings, and close the account. In the case of age misrepresentation involving a genuinely underage player, any deposits made will be returned to the verified owner of the payment method used, and no winnings will be disbursed.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one ph47 account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

• Any loss resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or your device.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party game content accessible through ph47.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph47's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Suspension & Termination

ph47 may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, ph47 will endeavour to complete its review within 30 days. If the account holder is cleared, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Players may close their ph47 account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding issues, any verified balance not subject to bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days.
